Managed Bandwidth
Harbour MSP has established a core IP backbone network within the Harbour MSP data centre. Based on fully resilient Cisco 7513 routers one in each of the telco meet-me rooms with connections to multiple carriers, Harbour MSP can provide scalable cost effective bandwidth solutions to suite your exact requirements.
The network service features:
- Fast Ethernet and GigE EtherNet available.

Harbour Master
Harbour Master is a range of scalable managed service options offering the flexibility to mix and match services to best suit client's particular applications and requirements. Harbour MSP has established a state of the art network operations centre within Global Switch. From here our engineering staff can fully manage and monitor clients equipment. Harbour MSP can provide solutions form simple smart hands attendance to your equipment through to a complete outsource solution including firewall management, load balancing, server management and beyond.
White Labelled Services
Harbour MSP can provide white labeled support services allowing our clients to take branded advantage of Harbour MSP's extensive IT infrastructure in presenting end-to-end solutions to their end clients. From Colocation to a managed environment Harbour MSP's white label services offer clients total branded solutions.
Design
- Association with Frontline provides additional support for design and integration services for customer solutions (multi-platform)
- Definition of the system requirements and architectural design specifications.
- Development of a detailed project plan including scheduled design reviews.
- Consideration of dedicated or shared network and load balancing configurations.
- Detailed financial proposals for provisioning, installation and monthly services for hardware and software system components.
System Deployment
- Installation and configuration of Linux, Unix and Windows servers from Sun and Compaq/HP-Q/Dell and other system hardware with IP connectivity.
- Installation and configuration of foundation software including Operating System, Web server, Application Server, Database, as well as system monitoring software.
- DNS registration, hosting (redundant) configuration and IP address management
- Set-up and configuration of Secure Remote Access for secure system administration from the customer site.
- Set-up of customer account within the My-Harbour-MSP customer care portal, where customers can track systems performance statistics, service metrics and update customer information
