News
It's a fact that modern IT equipment is hungry for lots of power in a small space. Yet many IT environments are not built to cope.
Technologies such as blade servers and storage devices can require power of up to 4.8 kW per device.
Yet many data centres are not equipped to supply the high power density demanded of these machines. They also have difficulty cooling the equipment, which places undue strain on electronic components - leading to potential failures and a shorter operational lifespan.
All Harbour MSP data centres are built for power-hungry IT environments. Our data centres can power and cool equipment in measures of up to 30 kW in single rack without operational risk.
